Information you choose to share

When you send a project inquiry, this site stores your name, email, company and message so the Tongxing team can respond. Inquiries are available to authorized administrators. To ask about access or removal, email admin@tongxingac.com.

Customer support

When the AI assistant is enabled, chat messages are transmitted to the model provider configured by the site administrator to generate replies. Chat history is held in the current page session and is not saved by this application. Provider processing is governed by the provider’s own terms. Avoid sharing confidential project information in chat.

Administrator sign-in

Authorized administrators sign in through Google. The application validates the Google account identity and email, then creates an essential login cookie and stores a hashed session token, account identifier and email for up to eight hours. Logout revokes the session. Google handles authentication under its own privacy policy; this application never receives the Google password.

Essential operation

The hosting service may use essential authentication cookies for protected access. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help limit spam and abuse. This site does not install advertising trackers.

Website analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand website visits and project inquiries. We record the network IP address provided by our hosting service, page paths, referral domains, visit times, time spent with a page visible, and whether an inquiry was successfully submitted. We do not record keystrokes or page query strings. A first-party session cookie links visits and inquiries and expires after 30 minutes without activity. Raw visit records are retained for 90 days and are available only to authorized administrators. Inquiry records remain available for project follow-up. Browser or network restrictions can limit measurement. To request access or removal of your data, contact us using the email below.
